Refund approval is at the sole discretion of ElitePestBD after inspection and verification.
If your refund is approved:
The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund if:
Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
However, if the error was caused by ElitePestBD (wrong item, defective item, or damaged delivery), shipping costs related to replacement or return may be covered by us.
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
