We are committed to providing quality pest control products and excellent customer service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective upon arrival.
  • Your order was charged but not delivered.
  • An item is missing from your order.

To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Damage occurred due to improper storage or misuse.
  • The customer changed their mind after delivery.
  • The product was purchased during a clearance or promotional sale unless defective.
  • Failure to follow product instructions and safety guidelines.

Due to the nature of pest control products, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Customer Name
  • Contact Number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)
  • Description of the problem

4. Inspection and Approval

Once your refund request is received, our team will review the information provided.

We may request additional evidence, including photographs or videos, to verify the issue.

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of ElitePestBD after inspection and verification.


5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Mobile Banking Refunds: 3–7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5–10 business days
  • Card Payments: Depending on your bank’s processing time

The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.


6. Replacement Policy

In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.


7. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

However, if the error was caused by ElitePestBD (wrong item, defective item, or damaged delivery), shipping costs related to replacement or return may be covered by us.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
